There are a lot of simple things you can do to make your house more desirable to buyers. The biggest piece of advice is to listen to your selling agent. First impressions are everything, so you’ll want to up your curb appeal game. It’s the first thing potential buyers are going to see, and shade their opinion before they even walk in. Make sure you have fresh mulch, your plants and hedges are manicured and if your driveway is in rough shape, get some new stones or have it patched up professionally.
Don’t overlook the little things. Make sure all the closets are clean and organized. Get fresh towels and rugs for the kitchen and bathrooms.
